Nina Gehan-King - CEO/Co-founder
​Nina, who was born in France, has worked in non-profit development and communications for the past fifteen years. Her work has brought her to a variety of projects and organizations where she uses her project management, communication and marketing skills, and fundraising experience to help organizations thrive. Nina has a BA in Sociology and a MA in Communications and has worked in leadership positions in development and communications for the past ten years at the Lussier Community Education Center, Aldo Leopold Nature Center, Centro Hispano Inc., and at the University of Wisconsin. In addition, she has worked as a consultant and contractor for the past eight years helping small non-profits and businesses with their fundraising and marketing needs.

Malcolm Gehan-King - Chief operations/Co-founder
Malcolm is a native of Madison, WI with a background in small business development and accounting. As Chief of operations for MeaningFULL Malcolm is the lead on all matters related to administration, contract preparation, invoicing and  general business management. When he isn't busy with MeaningFULL you'll find him full time as the loving hands-on dad of Nina and Malcolm's five children.

​Arlen Moss - Principal Consultant, Board Development & Community Engagement
​Arlen W. Moss is a seasoned leader and advocate with over 30 years of experience working to create opportunities and foster collaboration in Madison. As co-founder of Tuition Equity and Accessibility Modeling, Inc. and I-jedi LLC, Arlen has developed practical solutions to make education and organizational life more accessible and welcoming for everyone. He currently serves as President of the Children’s Theater of Madison Board and has held leadership and volunteer roles across a wide range of community organizations. Arlen holds a degree in Management and Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is passionate about building strong support networks for people with disabilities and older adults.
