About us
MeaningFULL Development & Communications for non-profits is a woman and minority owned family business that emerged out of a shared desire to help non-profit organizations grow their revenue and visibility in a sustainable, meaningful and equitable ways.
Nina and Malcolm's motivation to start MeaningFULL came from a frustration with the persistent inequities and a lack of investment made in the non-profit development and fundraising sector to create sustainable opportunities to advance diversity, equity and inclusion. Currently, less than 20% of leaders are people of color, over 70% of non-profit donors are caucasian, and less than 10% of fundraisers are people of color. We believe that this needs to change.
MeaningFULL is all about creating meaning, and through meaning, creating lasting sustainable development and connections. We are here to provide you with the knowledge, skills, products and training to be successful. The time has come to disrupt the wealth structures in place and empower small non-profits and leaders of color to control their own future.
